This accessory adds the twist to an ensemble subtle in color but big on personality. The indie pop band Of Montreal has a song entitled, "Suffer for Fashion," but this young lady demonstrates that it's possible to be dressed to the nines without having to dial 911. The only people suffering are the scores of guys spraining their necks from giving this dashing dame a double-take.
